<<Sent on behalf of Carrie Roble, Vice President of Estuary & Education at HRPT>>
Dear Science & Education Partners,
Hudson River Park’s Advisory Council (AC) has an opening for a new member. This is a council of local representatives from a cross section of community, business, environmental, education and other groups that helps to advise the Park on everything from planning to operations. The AC meets up to monthly and rotates between in-person and virtual meetings. As our science and education programming, including green jobs and research, continues to grow, we hope to welcome more partners with these areas of expertise to be part of the AC.
You can learn more about the AC structure and membership here. Past meeting agendas and reports are linked here.
Then Daniel Miller, the AC’s current Chair, wrote a letter detailing this opportunity. He also links a google doc/form to complete by April 4th, if you would like to be considered for membership. Please find the letter here.
Best,
Carrie
